The 5-Minute Foundation:

Start here if you're new to practice or have limited time:

Morning (2 minutes):
- Hold your chosen crystal (Clear Quartz for clarity, Rose Quartz for self-love)
- Take 5 deep breaths
- Set one intention for the day: "Today I choose peace" or "I am open to joy"

Evening (3 minutes):
- Sit quietly with your crystal
- Recall three good moments from your day

When you have more time, expand your practice:

Preparation (2 minutes):
- Create sacred space with crystals, candles, or soft music
- Ground yourself by feeling feet on floor and breath in body
