1) Afterimage drill (30 seconds)

Press Start. Gaze softly at the circle. Don't strain.
When the screen turns white, notice the complementary color you "see" for a moment. That's normal optics — and also a great way to train gentle focus.
2) Peripheral vision (60 seconds)
Hold one hand up against a plain wall. Look past the hand (not at it), and let the edges soften.
Notice any shimmer, thickness, or color shift around the outline.
